About Us
Our family started G&M Cattle Co in 2019 with the desire to provide quality Beefmaster cattle
to the registered herd growers along with the commercial cattlemen. We have worked hard on
building a registered Beefmaster herd that we can be proud of by using great genetic pairings
that will work for everybody in the cattle business.
Meet The G in G&M
Rodney and Dianne
We have been married over 35 years and love that we are able to raise good cattle together. We are thankful that we can do it with our daughter, her husband and their little girl. We have lived in Taylorsville, NC all of our married life and raised our daughter there as well. We also have a love of Quarter Horses that perform in Reined Cow Horse and Team Roping events. We have had many good horses come through our barn and we are excited to have good cattle coming through our barn as well. We are thankful for the opportunity to have these Beefmaster cattle with our family and provide quality that comes with good genetics.
Meet The M in G&M
Josh, Jessie, and Lynleigh
We have been married for 10 years and have a daughter, Lynleigh. We live in Taylorsville, NC and now get to raise our daughter there just like Rodney and Dianne did with Jessie. We love having these Beefmaster cattle that we can provide for our family, our fellow cattlemen and at the same time, instill a love of agriculture and raising cattle to our daughter. Jessie also has a love of Quarter Horses and enjoys showing. Josh retired from
roping when he retired his horse and is more focused on the cattle. He is involved in BBU and currently serves as SEBBA President. We are proud of the genetics we have worked hard to curate so we can present cattle that are healthy, good mamas and herd sires with the high-quality beef that is Beefmaster.
